  4. I ate at Bonefish before and I was not impressed. I loved the lobster tail, but I loved the stone crab. I ate it 3 times, but I do not need them to return. I love eating at Moonfish. (if, for example) they have good food and not a bad price. If you love lobster tail with a € 1.25 with a salad, vegetables and rice for $ 30. They have other great things, but I can not go without the order of lobster tail.

Driven by their shared passion for fish, veteran restaurateurs Tim Curci and Chris Parker set out to create a new type of culinary experience. They wanted a place that the secret to people who could not make the fish eat very often. Could help to understand their customers, where the fish comes we eat, how they were cooked, and best of all - how are you fun with the wide variety of delicious flavors and sauces, another to a wide range of complementary "species.

They wanted the place to be warm, comfortable and cozy inside, but beneath the surface of tenacious commitment to quality and excellence at all levels. They come to this casual environment as "polished".

They wanted to offer its guests with the freshest fish, so that in its quest to find the fishing in the WateRS persecuted in the world and fish suppliers with the same commitment to quality, as to them. Use of thought and special care, Chris and Tim designed a ritual where they could get to check, and cut by hand each day fish.
