Do I need a commercial real estate broker or commercial real estate agent? If the agent used to buy our apartment to be able to help us or we need someone who specializes solely in commercial real estate?

Short answer: You can legally use a residential agent or broker, but you need a real estate or commercial real estate broker (also a good idea to a local broker of commercial properties in San Francisco that you can meet face to face.)
ReplyDeleteCommercial Real Estate is a very special niche in real estate. There are far fewer agents and brokers from the practice of commercial real estate, but, license conditions have the (same neighborhoods as a real estate license allows the practice and business or residential).
If you want to choose a broker, you must then decide what kind of product you are interested in purchasing. Commercial real estate agents often specialize in certain types of products. For example, homes, offices, industrial, retail shopping centers, land, agriculture, hotels and motels, nursing homes, health, sports and entertainment, special or residential income.

The broker who had sold her house to give, may be able to include a reference, but this person is likely to specialize in residential real estate.
ReplyDeleteWhat percentage of commercial property they were studying? There are many levels of the company that you can specialize in. There are apartment buildings, buildings for single corner, shopping malls, service stations and petrol stations. You must select a specialize. You can now again a little, but a selection of the most effective is usually better.
Check your local phone book or Google Commercial Real Estate Broker. This should give you a list of those who sell commercial real estate.
One thing that is strongly recommended that more education that you would be successful in the career field, then I suggest you go to the bookstore or local library and the purchase of several books about buying and investing in commercial real estate. Even Google will see it, as shown.
